Steps to Restore Phone

This will erase all your data and contact information you have entered in the phone memory so it is as if it just left the factory

 

1. Unlock the touch screen by dragging Slide up to unlock up and touch the Menu Quick Key.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Phone Settings.
4. Touch Security.
5. Enter the four-digit lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
6. Touch Restore Phone.
7. After reading the warning message, touch OK.
8. Enter the four-digit lock code. The default lock code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
