It’s here! Blackberry goes official with the Blackberry Z10. We have pricing and availability Just a week ago the company sprung a leak. Then all that we had were pretty pictures of a device that looked more like the love-child of a RAZR-iPhone 5 tryst All that still holds up. The device is definitely sharp looking in the same ways its pretend parents conjure stares and double-takes–slim form factor slight contours on corners etc. We also now know the Blackberry Z10, like the iPhone, will come in white and black models.
With a whopping and protracted three year contract with Verizon the Blackberry Z10 will run you $200. The 4.2-inch touchscreen supports a max resolution of 1280 x 768 and beats the iPhone 5′s 326 pixels per inch with its own 356 ppi. The unit uses a Dual Core TI OMAP 4470 1.5GHz processor this is the familiar chip with the built-in system and sports two ARM processing cores. Blackberry Z10 has 2Gb or RAM, 16GB of storage, 8-megapixel camera on the back and front-facing 2-megapixel camera. It records video at 1080p, has a MicroSD slot for expanded storage options, Near Field Communication support for e-wallet apps and the like, Micro USB, MicroHDMI-out port and can connect to the net via WiFi or LTE with proper service contract.
We have nothing on other carries like AT&T. We’re also without an exact date, though we do know it will launch about several weeks after Superbowl Sunday. So you won’t flashing it at any of the parties you plan to attend this Sunday.
