Holo Launcher
Though this launcher is not as popular as the above listed launchers, Holo launcher offers many good features. This launcher is small in size and easy to use. It implements full Android UI which can be changed using a custom theme from the Play store. This launcher is also made for older versions of Android like Froyo and Gingerbread. It is fully supported in ICS and Jellybean without any issues. It supports up to 9 customizable home screens and custom widgets. There is also option for back up and restore in this launcher.
